My god, what a great place to get food! This was our first ever Pinsa (we had plenty of Italian pizza beforehand to know the difference), and it was magical.Firstly, service is quick and friendly. What more would someone want?Secondly, the menu had great salad choices and other food that complements a Pinsa well.Lastly, the Pinsa. Oh my god, I was in heaven while eating it. The yeasty flavor and delightfully chewy dough was so good, and the Nduja toppings were to die for. Perfectly balanced!
The service is very good, friendly staff. I ordered a carbonara pasta and found it very salty. As I don't have the habit of eating pasta, I can't say if the amount of salt is normal.
Excellent food, very pleasant environment. We stayed there with our 3 children; we tasted the fried foods, the pinse, the second courses and the desserts. Everything delicious.Very kind managers and available to help us discover Roman cuisine.Even though we were tourists passing through, we felt at home.Adequate prices. We recommend it!
Great food and amazing service at very reasonable prices. Emphasis on the service as they frequently checked it on us despite the busy restaurant. We had bruschetta, nduja and beef tripe as starters. We felt the bruschetta needed abit more flavour from the olive oil, but otherwise fantastic. For pizza we had emiliana and scarola, and both were fantastic and filling. For drinks we had spritz and beer.
Really nice meal, we liked that the menu was so transparent about the ingredients and the process of making the pinsa. The service was amazing, our waitress was attentive, fast and seemed to have a good overview. The pinsa was the best we had in Rome! We tried the nduja, forest flavor and margarita and basil pinsa, and it was all delicious. The fruit sorbets were delicious, with real fruit pieces! Nice vegetarian (vegan by request) options as well. Only thing missing was more coziness on the terrace, perhaps more soft lighting or some plants.
We ordered Maso, Porchini and Margarita and basil pizzas 🍕. Maso and Porchini were from the "blue category" which means "yes mozzarella, but no tomato sauce". Margarita and basil pizza was from the "black category", which means "yes mozzarella and yes tomato sauce". We got it to go. Place was super busy with a huge booked party, but they took our order without hesitation. Pizzas were ready in about 10 min.Taste chapter. IT WAS AN AMAZINGLY DELICIOUS AND A GOOD SIZE FOR AVARAGE ADULT OR TEENAGER.RECOMMENDED!!!!
Traditional pinsa. Very good and you can taste the fresh ingredients. Personal opinion: I like thin crust so, for me, didn’t turn out to be the best pizza of my trip to Roma. But if you look for the “pinsa romana” you should definitely go there !! The staff is extremely nice !!
